Create an Addition Bundle

If you find that you add the same or similar lists of additions to many valuations, you can create addition bundles to save time and effort. Instead of repeatedly adding the same list of additions, you can create an addition bundle and save it for future use. After you add the addition bundle to a valuation, you can remove components of the bundle or add new additions to the valuation as necessary to describe the property.

You can share addition bundles with your group or your company. If you create addition bundles for yourself and then you change groups, you can still access your addition bundles.

You can add addition bundles to locations or to building sections. Use addition bundles the same way that you use additions.

Before you can create an addition bundle, you must add at least two additions to a valuation.

To create an addition bundle:

  1. On the Valuation dashboard, either create a new valuation or click the Edit icon to open an existing valuation.
  2. If necessary, add at least two additions on either the Location Summary page or the Building Insight Summary page.

The Create Addition Bundle button does not appear unless the valuation contains at least two additions.

  1. Click Create Addition Bundle.
  2. Enter a name and description of the bundle.
  3. Select an access level.
  • To save the addition bundle as available only to you, select Myself.
  • To share the addition bundle with members of your group, select My Group.
  • To share the addition bundle with members of your company, select My Company.
  1. Select the additions that you want to include in the bundle.

To select all of the additions, click the box in the header row of the list.

  1. Click Add.
